After years of hit and miss, lots of trial and errors, we knew we were on to
something special. In the Spring of 2009 a group of doctors, nutritionists, exercise
physiologists and The Pat Brown System team got together to do a little brain
storming. Pat Brown’s theory needed to come into fruition, with the professional

The theory is as follows: Eat every 3 to 4 hours. Have 20-30 grams of high quality protein at every meal. Place a specific type of carbohydrates with your protein up to approximately 2:00 pm. At that point, protein and vegetables will be consumed for the remainder of the day.

“I personally have been in body building, power lifting and other sports. In my 20’s & 30’s, I was in some pretty good shape. But when I hit my 40’s, I let me body go. Even though I am in the field of fitness, I was not taking care of myself the way I should have been.

I decided to it’s time to show the world and myself, that I am going to make a change. I started THE PAT BROWN SYSTEM. I weighed 337 pounds, within ONE YEAR, I LOST 153 POUNDS. I followed my program approximately 80% and I never felt deprived at all. With The Pat Brown System, I was never hungry and my blood sugar and energy stayed constant throughout the day. I look forward to helping people to learn and live the SYSTEM. I am excited to share this program with a larger audience. My hopes are to help men and women take control of their health and improve their quality of life.

After watching these women and gentlemen who were my age getting into some great shape in a short period of time, I made up my mind and got on my “OWN PROGRAM”.
